Risk, Manager - Mid & Junior Management

Main Purpose of Job

Manage team or project execution, promoting strategic and functional excellence. Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement, oversee team dynamics, and ensure successful delivery of departmental objectives and company-wide strategies.

Strategic Responsibility

  • Oversee team or project operations, aligning with departmental goals.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and processes.
  • Manage and develop team members, fostering skill enhancement.
  • Collaborate with other managers to ensure cross-departmental alignment.
  • Monitor and report on project or team performance.

Functional Responsibility

  • Establish operational plans for overseeing all company risk areas, including financial and cyber security.
  • Develop regional and international risk management programs.
  • Design and implement business continuity plans, conducting tests and simulations.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and assessments based on company needs and department plans.
  • Provide regular reports and alerts to top management.
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective plans with stakeholders.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and guidance for risk management.
  • Oversee risk mitigation for operational, IT, and industrial areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure risk compliance across all sectors.
  • Ensure risk management aligns with business continuity and operational goals.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.

Experience & Language

Experience:Minimum 11 years. Language:English - proficient.( Required)Arabic - proficient.( Preferred)

Internal Interactions:

1. Team Collaboration: Mid and junior managers collaborate with their team members on projects, share information, and ensure effective execution of tasks.

2. Performance Check-ins: Managers conduct regular check-ins with their direct reports to provide feedback, discuss progress, and address any challenges or concerns.

3. Training and Development Programs: Mid and junior managers participate in training programs or organize workshops to enhance their skills and knowledge.

4. Departmental Meetings: Managers attend departmental meetings to share updates, discuss objectives, and align efforts within their specific area of responsibility.

1. Client Interactions: Communicate with clients, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring client satisfaction with products or services.

2. Supplier Negotiations: Engage in negotiations with suppliers or vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
