Title:  Investment, Senior Supervisor

Main Purpose of Job :

Supervise and guide complex activities, aligning them with departmental and organizational goals. Innovate processes, ensure best practice implementation, and contribute to long-term objectives.

Strategic Responsibilities :

• Supervise and guide team activities, aligning with departmental strategies

• Develop and implement operational improvements

• Mentor and develop team members

• Ensure quality and compliance in team outputs

• Provide feedback and insights to management on team performance

Functional Responsibilities :

• Lead investment opportunity assessments across healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors to support strategic growth objectives.

• Develop advanced financial models to evaluate investment feasibility, valuation accuracy, and transaction profitability.

• Prepare investment committee presentations, board materials, and transaction summaries supporting executive decision-making processes.

• Conduct financial, commercial, and operational due diligence to assess target company performance and investment risks.

• Support transaction negotiations and structuring activities to achieve favorable commercial and financial outcomes.

• Identify operational improvement initiatives and value creation opportunities across investment portfolio companies.

Qualifications & Experience : 

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.

Preferred 1. Master’s Degree. 2. Professional Certificate in relevant field.

Experience :  

Minimum 7 years.

Preferred 2 years of experience at a `Supervisor` level.

Language : 

English - proficient.

Preferred Arabic - proficient.
