Main Purpose of Job
Oversee team responsibilities, foster a collaborative environment, ensure high-quality results, and contribute to the continuous evolution of departmental processes.
Strategic Responsibility

Functional Responsibility
- Plan and execute corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, forums, product launches, and internal events.
- Develop detailed event plans, timelines, budgets, and project schedules.
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, registrations, accommodation, transportation, catering, and hospitality.
- Manage exhibition participation, including booth design, construction, branding, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, messaging, and event deliverables.
- Liaise with external agencies, event organizers, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Prepare event budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Manage procurement requirements, including RFQs, purchase requests, purchase orders, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure all branding and communication materials comply with corporate identity guidelines.
- Coordinate production of event collateral, promotional materials, giveaways, signage, and digital assets.
- Supervise on-site event operations and resolve operational issues during event execution.
- Coordinate executive participation, VIP protocols, speaker arrangements, and official delegations.
- Monitor event milestones and provide regular progress updates to management.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, including KPI measurement, attendee feedback, ROI analysis, and lessons learned.
- Maintain an annual corporate events and exhibitions calendar.
- Build and maintain relationships with exhibition organizers, industry associations, and strategic partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and event regulations.
- Maintain an inventory of exhibition assets, promotional materials, and event equipment.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and return on investment through events and sponsorships.
- Support cross-functional communication to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Perform other duties assigned by management related to corporate events and exhibitions.
Education
Experience & Language
Minimum 5 years
Arabic and English - proficient.
