HR Information System, Supervisor - Professionals / Experts

Main Purpose of Job

Strategic Responsibility

Functional Responsibility

  • Oversee day-to-day HRIS operations, ensuring system efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of HRIS policies and procedures.
  • Manage HRIS data entry and maintenance processes.
  • Provide first-level support for HRIS issues and user inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
  • Monitor HRIS system performance and report on key metrics.
  • Assist in the training of HRIS users within the department.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure data consistency.
  • Resolve routine HRIS issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HRIS operations.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.

Experience & Language

Experience:Minimum 5 years. Language:English - proficient.( Required)Arabic - proficient.( Preferred)
