Main Purpose of Job
Supervise and guide complex activities, aligning them with departmental and organizational goals. Innovate processes, ensure best practice implementation, and contribute to long-term objectives.


Strategic Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide team activities, aligning with departmental strategies
• Develop and implement operational improvements
• Mentor and develop team members
• Ensure quality and compliance in team outputs
• Provide feedback and insights to management on team performance


Functional Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagement with key government healthcare stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and expand business opportunities.
• Analyze government market trends, tender activities, and customer requirements to identify sustainable growth opportunities.
• Supervise the execution of government account plans to achieve sales objectives and organizational priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of government contracts and customer commitments.
• Monitor account performance, contract compliance, and service quality to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
• Investigate customer issues and coordinate timely resolutions to maintain strong relationships with government entities.
• Ensure compliance with SPIMACO policies, pharmaceutical regulations, and government procurement requirements across all assigned accounts.
• Review sales performance, account developments, and market intelligence to recommend strategic improvements and business actions.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
Experience: Minimum 7 years.
Language: Arabic proficient - English proficient
