Strategic Responsibilities:
 • Oversee team or project operations, aligning with departmental goals

 • Develop and implement operational strategies and processes

 • Manage and develop team members, fostering skill enhancement

 • Collaborate with other managers to ensure cross-departmental alignment 

 • Monitor and report on project or team performance

Functional Responsibilities:
 • Manage end-to-end procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective material availability.

 • Implement sourcing strategies aligned with operational requirements and approved budget allocations.

 • Coordinate supplier selection processes to secure compliant and competitive pharmaceutical supply agreements.

 • Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality standards and contractual obligations are consistently met.

 • Review purchase requisitions to verify specifications, pricing accuracy, and policy compliance.

 • Track procurement KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve process efficiency.

 • Ensure adherence to corporate procurement policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

 • Collaborate with production and finance teams to align procurement plans with operational forecasts.

Job Requirement:
Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • Master’s Degree (Preferred)
  • Professional Certificate in relevant field (Preferred)

Experience Required

  • Minimum 11 years
  • 4 years of experience at a `Mid-Management` level (Preferred)

Language Required

  • English - proficient
  • Arabic - proficient (Preferred)
