Main Purpose of Job : 

Lead vital areas, aligning departmental functions with corporate strategies. Champion strategic initiatives, enhance team capabilities, and manage resources efficiently to achieve organizational objectives and drive overall success.

 

Strategic Responsibilities : 

  • Manage day-to-day departmental operations while leading strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Implement, monitor, and evaluate departmental strategies to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional departments to achieve shared business goals and drive operational effectiveness.
  • Oversee team performance, talent development, coaching, and succession planning to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Monitor, control, and optimize departmental budgets, resources, and expenditures to ensure efficient utilization and cost effectiveness.

 

Functional Responsibilities : 

  • Lead facilities management strategy ensuring operational efficiency and workplace readiness across all sites
  • Develop HSSE frameworks ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and international standards
  • Coordinate health, safety, and environmental programs to mitigate risks and prevent incidents
  • Manage facilities budgets ensuring cost efficiency and effective resource allocation
  • Drive sustainability initiatives to optimize energy consumption and reduce environmental footprint

 

Qualifications & Experience  : 

Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field

Preferred: Master’s Degree + Professional Certificate

 

Required Experience: Minimum 13 years

Preferred: 5 years at Mid‑Management level

 

Language:

Required: English – proficient

Preferred: Arabic – proficient
