Main Purpose of the Job :

Oversee team responsibilities, promote collaboration, ensure high‑quality outcomes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes.


Strategic Responsibilities : 

  • Oversee team operations and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Manage and delegate tasks while monitoring progress.
  • Foster team collaboration and effective communication.
  • Develop and train team members.
  • Report team achievements and challenges to senior management.

 

Functional Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate application project portfolio tracking to align with corporate strategic priorities.
  • Monitor application development lifecycle activities to ensure timely delivery and quality.
  • Review business requirements to validate completeness and functional feasibility.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance standards and validated pharmaceutical system controls.
  • Prepare periodic PMO reports on application performance for senior management.

 

Job Requirements : 

 

Qualifications:

Required    Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Preferred    
Master’s Degree; Professional Certificate

 

Experience :

Minimum 5 years


Language :

Required        English – proficient
Preferred    
Arabic – proficient
