Global RA, Section Head - Mid & Junior Management

Main Purpose of Job

Oversee a critical segment, steering its strategic alignment and operational effectiveness. Foster team growth, drive key initiatives, and ensure departmental targets align with organizational goals, fostering inter-departmental synergy.

Strategic Responsibility

  • Lead a specific section or unit, ensuring strategic and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement tactical plans aligned with departmental goals.
  • Manage and mentor staff within the section.
  • Monitor section performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Functional Responsibility

  • Execute regulatory models and frameworks per regional and local standards.
  • Manage regional regulatory submissions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review and follow up on renewals, variations, and new application filings.
  • Ensure product compliance with global regulations and GCC legislation.
  • Design reports on regulatory compliance and registration status changes.
  • Address submission requirements, ensure transparency, and escalate issues.
  • Write clear arguments for new product licenses, renewals, and variations.
  • Approve packaging, coding, and marketing materials before product release.
  • Maintain relationships with regional health authorities and assist in regulatory negotiations.
  • Provide training and support for PV activities, ensuring personnel competence.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.

Experience & Language

Experience:Minimum 9 years. Language:English - proficient.( Required)Arabic - proficient.( Preferred)

1. Team Collaboration: Mid and junior managers collaborate with their team members on projects, share information, and ensure effective execution of tasks.

2. Performance Check-ins: Managers conduct regular check-ins with their direct reports to provide feedback, discuss progress, and address any challenges or concerns.
