Main Purpose of Job
Strategic Responsibility
- Lead a specific section or unit, ensuring strategic and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement tactical plans aligned with departmental goals.
- Manage and mentor staff within the section.
- Monitor section performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Functional Responsibility
- Execute regulatory models and frameworks per regional and local standards.
- Manage regional regulatory submissions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and follow up on renewals, variations, and new application filings.
- Ensure product compliance with global regulations and GCC legislation.
- Design reports on regulatory compliance and registration status changes.
- Address submission requirements, ensure transparency, and escalate issues.
- Write clear arguments for new product licenses, renewals, and variations.
- Approve packaging, coding, and marketing materials before product release.
- Maintain relationships with regional health authorities and assist in regulatory negotiations.
- Provide training and support for PV activities, ensuring personnel competence.
