Main Purpose of Job

Oversee team responsibilities, foster a collaborative environment, ensure high-quality results, and contribute to the continuous evolution of departmental processes. 

Strategic Responsibilities:

• Oversee team operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

• Manage and delegate tasks effectively, monitoring progress

• Foster team collaboration and communication

• Develop and train team members

• Report on team achievements and challenges to higher management

Functional Responsibilities:

• Monitor quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and corporate standards

• Review quality records and documentation to verify accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness

• Investigate quality deviations and non-conformances to identify root causes and implement corrective actions

• Coordinate internal quality audits to assess compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Verify implementation of CAPA plans to address quality risks and prevent recurrence

• Support regulatory inspections by preparing required documentation and addressing compliance observations

• Analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements

• Ensure adherence to approved procedures, quality systems, and pharmaceutical industry requirements

Job Requirement:
Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • Master’s Degree (Preferred)
  • Professional Certificate in relevant field (Preferred)

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years of experince 

Language Required

  • English - proficient
  • Arabic - proficient (Preferred)
