JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS
Main Purpose of Job
Supervise and guide complex activities, aligning them with departmental and organizational goals. Innovate processes, ensure best practice implementation, and contribute to long-term objectives.
Strategic Responsibilities
• Supervise and guide team activities, aligning with departmental strategies
• Develop and implement operational improvements
• Mentor and develop team members
• Ensure quality and compliance in team outputs
• Provide feedback and insights to management on team performance
Functional Responsibilities
• Develop and execute key account plans to strengthen partnerships with government healthcare institutions across the Eastern Region.
• Analyze government customer needs and recommend tailored commercial solutions to achieve sales and business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of government tenders, contracts, and account requirements.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to expand SPIMACO's presence within assigned government customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
• Review sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to recommend actions that improve business results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and ethical standards during all customer engagements.
• Support and guide the account management team by sharing best practices and resolving complex customer-related issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
Experience: Minimum 7 years.
Language: English - Arabic.
