Strategic Responsibilities:
• Oversee team operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

• Manage and delegate tasks effectively, monitoring progress

• Foster team collaboration and communication • Develop and train team members

• Report on team achievements and challenges to higher management

Functional Responsibilities:
• Supervise facilities maintenance activities to ensure reliable operation of buildings, utilities, and equipment

• Inspect facility systems and equipment to identify maintenance requirements and potential operational issues.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and operational disruptions.

• Monitor maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion and adherence to established maintenance procedures.

• Troubleshoot facility equipment failures and coordinate corrective actions to restore operational functionality.

• Verify maintenance activities comply with safety requirements, technical standards, and applicable operational procedures.

• Maintain maintenance records and reports to support performance monitoring, planning, and operational decision-making.

• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure effective execution of facilities maintenance activities.

Job Requirement:
Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Master’s Degree (Preferred)
• Professional Certificate in relevant field (Preferred)

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience

Language Required

• English - proficient
• Arabic - proficient (Preferred)
