Job Details
- Supervise packaging assembly operations, ensure timely and accurate dispensing of various packaging requirements thru the dispensary system.
- Enter and verify all packaging transactions in the system in order to maintain updated and accurate inventory records of packaging materials.
- Check production schedules and packaging orders from inventory control for proper planning, scheduling and allocation of work as required.
- Effect timely and accurate issuance of dispensed packaging materials to eliminate production downtimes or delays and mistakes.
- Regularly request for various packaging components from HBW to ensure stocks availability before dispensing.
- Perform periodic checking of inventory balances and end of material lot reconciliation to eliminate if not minimize inventory discrepancies.
- Guide and train staff to improve performance.
- Update all related documents such as SOP, WI, TRNUD and monthly efficiency report.
- Perform other tasks, as assigned and when only required.
Strategic Responsibility
- Oversee operational processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Lead teams in executing operational tasks effectively.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor operators in operational best practices.
- Monitor and report on operational performance, suggesting improvements.
Functional Responsibility
- Ensure compliance with safety, cGMP, and operational standards in all activities.
- Coordinate workflow and tasks with team members to maintain efficiency and minimize disruptions.
- Execute tasks in accordance with established SOPs, protocols, and guidelines.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and continuity.
- Record operational data and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Assist with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and systems as directed.
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure adherence to documentation standards.
- Manage inventory, ensuring accurate records and stock levels to meet operational needs.
- Facilitate quality control by testing products or processes at various stages to meet compliance standards.
- Organize facilities, materials, and workstations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Support additional tasks and initiatives as assigned by supervisors to meet organizational objectives.
Education & Language
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supervising
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Language:
English - proficient. (Required) Arabic - proficient. (Preferred)
